Not specific enough, you should talk more in depth about where and when (specifically) to take eletrolytes, dosage and maybe how to balance with water amount. Also, i know there is a lot of factors on how much water plus eletrolytes you should drink, but you can gives us an average an not just there is plenty of factors... That doesnt really help.
