I thought I had discipline and I thought I was mentally strong but this program got me to another level I never thought I would reach. Not only was I pushed physically but boy I was pushed mentally. On top of gaining strength, building an insane amount of muscle (for me), eating over 200 carbs a day, I also gained so much confidence and mental fortitude!

Love this day so much! Skipped the bench dips because they hurt my shoulders ALOT
