I have been working out for a week now and in todays work out during the renegade row, for someone who is knew I wish we would have seen a modification as my body is still learning to hold my own body weight let alone pulling weights up, but overall this workout kicked my butt and I’m feeling great 😋

Great, getting better with mountain climbers and
renegade rows. Wow.  1% better.

My booty is on fire! The plank sumo round had my booty hurting in places I didn’t know were possible. Those were some glute activation reps ❤️💕❤️.
