Workout with me for 10 minutes a day! If you’ve been searching for some daily motivation (like me) and find it hard to get started with your workouts, join me for 10 minutes a day for 10 days! Each day, we will perform a different circuit with 8 exercises. 1 min of work /20 seconds rest. Circuits can be repeated but let’s commit at least to 10 minutes! It will be fun and sweaty. It can stand alone or be paired with your regular workouts or practice. All levels are welcome and you can modify accordingly. The drills all are timed with a timer on the screen so you work at your own pace and level. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. DAILY BODY WEIGHT CIRCUITS THAT CAN BE DONE ANYWHERE. Hi. I’m Natasha. I’m a Bay Area wife, and mother of 2 humans, 2 cats and a Golden Doodle. Breast cancer warrior. I have been teaching fitness for over 20 years in California and New York. I am a firm believer in cross training and creating workouts that are fun and enjoyable so it doesn’t feel like a chore. From handstand training to animal inspired, kettlebells, to sock sliding. Frequently asked questions

What are the goals of the program?
The simple goal is to get you moving for at least 10 minutes a day. It can be a total workout, the circuit can be repeated through or it can be a great warm up for whatever else you’re working on.
What do I need to participate in this program?
No equipment! Can be done any time, anywhere.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The drills are timed and can be modified or amplified. Make each one work for you in your own timing. If you get confused with the drills, repeat them! It’s fun to work your body and mind so some of them might take some brain power but you’ll feel really good getting them down and you won’t be bored!
