I can honestly say my fridge is filled with water that is all I drink unless my blood sugar drops but I got to figure out a new measurement of insulin to consume due to this lifestyle of adding workouts back into it . The coffees I already drink black. I do however add lemon juice in it and occasionally raw honey for my sweetener for my elderberry tea tho .
