I’m 7 months pp so I went very light with weight…right now it’s mostly about stabilizing and reactivating muscles I haven’t used in so long/: Ooph, I’ll be feeling it.

I’m more used to AMRAP timed circuits so I just have to get used to counting again. I also thought I was going to hear you verbally explain the moves but then realized the descriptions were there. Just getting used to the app/program!
