This program is for anyone looking to find a balance between weight lifting and yoga, while growing stronger and maintaining flexibility.
Is S&S beginner friendly? This is considered an intermediate program. It’s recommended that you have previous experience in yoga and strength training. If you are a beginner, start with my Self Love Sweat Program or Busy Bee Strength program to build a foundation, and then come back to this.
I always advise those who pre/post natal to speak with their doctor directly about my programs and what’s best for your individual body and pregnancy. *Please note there is an entire day of strengthening dedicated to rotator muscles and rotation of the torso and core.
What equipment do I need? Short answer: dumbbells and a yoga mat. With the option of having resistance bands, Pilates ball and slider. Please watch my video titled ‘S&S Equipment’ for a more in-depth discussion about this!
