Is this program suitable if I’m pregnant? This highly depends on the individual and what you’ve discussed with your doctor. While plenty of pregnant women have used this program, I always recommend seeking guidance from your physician before using.
Does this program include a nutritional guide? This guide is not intended to be used as a substitute for clean eating. As with any fitness program, results will vary depending on the individual’s nutritional habits. I personal focus on moderation, rather than cutting out certain foods entirely. Everyone is different, so it takes patience and some measure of trial and error to figure out what your body responds best to. Be aware of what you are putting into your body, and it will respond accordingly.
The only piece of equipment you might want is a yoga mat or a cushioned surface to perform some of the exercises on. Everything is body weight though and you will not need any form of dumbbells or machines.
Do I need to have a background in yoga or athletics? No you do not. This program is 100% all levels and even if you’ve never practiced yoga before you will be able to understand and try every video.
How to schedule the program into a week? Meant to be practice on your own, or in addition to a workout. Pick 5 exercises and set your timer for 10 minutes. Do as many rounds of the 5 exercises as possible with recommended repetitions per exercises. Aim for completely this 10 min circuit 4-5x a week.
What are the goals of the program? To create a strong and functional core that will support you in your day-to-day life.
