This workout was unexpectedly very easy for me this time. The first time around, I did some of the exercises only with body weight, and this time, the 2kg dumbbells weren't challenging at all. I feel very happy, cause this means I really got stronger. 😊 Thanks a ton, Morgan 🌿πŸͺΈ
