This workout was unexpectedly very easy for me this time. The first time around, I did some of the exercises only with body weight, and this time, the 2kg dumbbells weren't challenging at all. I feel very happy,  cause this means I really got stronger.  😊 Thanks a ton, Morgan 🌿🪸

Yeey, I am very happy . This was really hard, especially the squats. I loved Morgan's words at the end that strength takes years to build. I am very happy to have started taking care of my body. Morgan is very gentle all through this program, just like in yoga practices. Thank you 🌿

This time was harder than last time. Those Bulgarian lunges almost had me, and I felt like I couldn't handle it, but I utilized my breath and calmed down myself, and continued. I feel very glad. Thanks a lot, Morgan 🌿

This time felt a bit easier for me, or maybe it was because I was very excited cause I get to finish this program on the last day of my 30 and one day before becoming 31 😊, and I have already built confidence  that I could do it, this is truly amazing to me and is very beneficial. I feel very happy and grateful for doing this. I'm going to do it all over again. Thank you very much, Morgan, for your guidance and gentleness. 🌿🌿
