Sem Martina Komac, energična in nasmejana osebna trenerka. Prihajam iz Bovca, kamor se z največjim veseljem vedno znova vračam, da v objemu neokrnjene narave preživljam prosti čas in uživam v športnih dejavnostih na prostem. Narava me navdihuje, mi pomaga zadihati in ohranjati notranji mir. Že kar nekaj časa živim v Ljubljani, kjer z ljubeznijo opravljam svoj poklic. Moja strast do gibanja sega v otroštvo, ko sem z navdušenjem preizkušala različne športe, največje veselje pa našla v odbojki, ki me je spremljala skozi najstniško obdobje. Takoj, ko sem šport za krajši čas postavila na stran, sem hitro ugotovila, da je moje počutje neprimerljivo boljše, ko sem fizično aktivna. To spoznanje me je vodilo nazaj na pot aktivnega načina življenja in skrbi za svoje telo. Vstop v svet fitnesa je bil zame velika prelomnica, ki mi je spremenila življenje. Z disciplino, uravnoteženo prehrano in premišljenimi treningi sem dosegla osebno ravnovesje, ki ga želim deliti tudi s tabo. Leta 2019 sem pridobila AFP licenco za osebno trenerko, kar mi omogoča, da uresničujem svoje sanje in pomagam drugim na poti k boljšemu počutju. Z veseljem te spremljam na vsakem koraku tvojega napredka, ker verjamem, da je vsak majhen dosežek pomemben korak naprej na poti do tvojega cilja.
