I’m a NASM certified personal trainer.
I have always had a huge passion for fitness; I played sports most of my life from middle school through college. After college, I wasn’t sure where to begin. I had gone from collegiate athlete to registered nurse working night shifts, and like most people, I struggled to balance my new reality with a healthy lifestyle.
But you know what they say, “when there’s a will, there’s a way!” Eventually, I found a way, and I’m here to share my effective workout routines, as well as the tips and tricks I’ve learned and continue to learn along the way, with YOU!

I was born in Nigeria and moved to the U.S. when I was 10.
I love FOOOOD. I enjoy a balanced non-restrictive diet and the occasional glass of red wine.
If you catch me in the gym, I’m usually in the zone, so please excuse my RBF.
I’m also a very sarcastic person so don’t take anything I say to heart.
I love to listen music and dance like no one’s watching especially before a workout.
