Hi! My name is Mildred but you can call me Millie :) I’m a NASM certified personal trainer. I have always had a huge passion for fitness; I played sports most of my life from middle school through college. After college, I wasn’t sure where to begin. I had gone from collegiate athlete to registered nurse working night shifts, and like most people, I struggled to balance my new reality with a healthy lifestyle. But you know what they say, “when there’s a will, there’s a way!” Eventually, I found a way, and I’m here to share my effective workout routines, as well as the tips and tricks I’ve learned and continue to learn along the way, with YOU! P.S. Here Are A Few Fun Facts About Me I was born in Nigeria and moved to the U.S. when I was 10. I love FOOOOD. I enjoy a balanced non-restrictive diet and the occasional glass of red wine. If you catch me in the gym, I’m usually in the zone, so please excuse my RBF. I’m also a very sarcastic person so don’t take anything I say to heart. I love to listen music and dance like no one’s watching especially before a workout.
My Mission Is To Help You Train Your Mind And Body, and transform into the best version of yourself. In this program you will find both gym and home friendly programs to guide you to a stronger you. You will not only transform into the strong, powerful, and unstoppable force that you were always meant to be, but you’ll have fun while doing it. Fitness doesn’t always have to be so serious. Training Requirements
My workouts vary from gym workouts (requiring full access to a gym) to dumbbell only workouts to body weight workouts. I’m here to work with you and for you, so feel free to pick the best option for you
