Week 3, Day 1 done ✔️ I was able to workout with the view of the ocean today and it kept me motivated even though I struggled with the side planks. Looking forward to tomorrow 💪

My shoulders were burning today! 🔥🔥 Not only am I seeing progress in the push-up challenge with my upper body strength, but my LEGS look amazing. Definitely taking notes 📝
