I have zero push-up strength.. I can lift, carry, throw, punch, but not push-up. Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but I am seeing progress! Which is very plain to see considering what I just said about having zero strength. Keep at it!!

Woah, those flutter kicks are a lot harder than they look!! Especially when you're in the moment, and already in pain from the previous move, my core is usually on fire when doing those. Nevertheless, I had a blast working out today! I asually added a couple of pull-ups here and there, too, as an extra customized move, lol! Can't lose any progress from the pull-up program, haha!
