Get to Know Me

Hey, my name’s Mike! I’m originally from Washington State in the U.S., but now I live in the Republic of Georgia 🇬🇪. I discovered my passion for fitness while studying at university. My first inspirations were guys with aesthetic, fitness-model physiques like Greg Plitt, Lazar Angelov, and Marc Fitt. I spent hours learning how to build six-pack abs, sculpt every muscle group, and dial in my nutrition. I even created training programs for friends and volunteered as a personal trainer in the campus gym. After graduating, I worked as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness and later as a trainer and nutritionist at Life Time Athletic Club. I loved coaching in-person, but I realized I could reach and help far more people online. That’s when I began creating YouTube content and building my online coaching business. Today, my mission is to teach as many people as God allows how to train smart, eat right, and build an aesthetic, fitness-model physique — naturally. I want you to feel confident walking into the gym knowing you have the tools and knowledge to sculpt your best self — inside and out.

What makes your app different? Will it work for me?
If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But I'm here to tell you, I guarantee you’ll get the results you want with me. Why? I don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. I'm consistently adding new programs (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a weekly basis. My content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! Plus, if you need help, I'm always here for you. You can message me directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success.
I'm a beginner, is your app for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my app can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
You shouldn't need to purchase any equipment on your own, just a basic gym membership will do. I do have some bodyweight exercises in my app but the majority will require dumbbells, barbells, and machines. In the future I will be adding some bodyweight programs or programs that can be done with very minimal equipment so be sure to subscribe to my email list to be the first to know when they release.
