I’ve been “bodybuilding” for about a decade now and have done every diet, every workout program, every supplement that I can possible try. I’ve been heavy and strong (500+ lb squat), I’ve been lean and stage ready, and I’ve been somewhere in between. Training Requirements
Every workout can of course be done in a gym but you definitely don’t need one. The only requirement is to be able to have some sort of resistance to constantly be able to challenge yourself!
