Sun Salutations incorporate the whole yoga practice in a very soft and complete way. They stretch and strengthen your body in a gentle and safe manner. At the same time, constant flow allows you to meditate and clean out the head to prepare your brain for the charge of the day. I invite you to learn different types of Sun Salutations one day at a time and then chose the ones that work best for you to practice every day. All you need is 7-15 minutes in the morning to keep the next 24 hours peaceful, focused, productive, and enjoyable.
