Hi, beautiful souls! I came to yoga in 2009 to alleviate my physical pain only to find out that the true healing comes from within. Studying different types and schools of yoga such as Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Forest, Kriya and various meditation techniques, I am constantly searching for the safest ways to practice each asana in order to make yoga accessible for everyone.
As a lifestyle coach and reiki practitioner, I like to combine my knowledge to create therapeutic, yet transformative sequences to help cultivate awareness, balance and harmony within one’s body on and off the mat.
