I've been having sore hips for a while now. Have followed medical advice, the whole shazam... but since doing these exercises my pain is gone, not only in the hips but also the lower back feels much more flexible. Love it! Thank you so much 🙏

María, this is a really beautiful practice. It's so true yoga is meant to detach us from pleasure and the material stuff yet, as you said intimacy is so healthy and important. There's so much shame out there around sexuality and many women don't ever get to have a healthy relationship intimately with themselves and /or partners and this is a big opportunity fotaza many of us to work on ourselves, our relationship with our body, health mindset and create better relationships with partners as well. Thanks for sharing and taking our connection with ourselves to a new level of care 💙
