Self-womb massage is an incredible practice to add to our self-love rituals. It allows us to connect deeper to our womb, heal any stories of shame or not being enough and also have some incredible benefits from healing constipation and improving digestion. It relaxes the nervous system, hacks our mood, lowers levels of cortisol and blood pressure, helps us sleep better and have less painful period cramps. 

It’s also great postpartum to reconnect to our bodies and help us heal and honor and accept our beautiful new mom bodies. 

This practice connects us with our divine feminine and it’s an incredible tool to allow ourselves to really accept and love ourselves deeply. 

This is a guided practice with an intro. All you need is some oil and a quiet space. The practice starts at 6min if you want to skip the intro and go straight into it. I hope you enjoy it.
