This is a traditional ashtanga 1/4 led primary series class with some modifications. Its pretty fast paced, without too much posture explanations but always with options to modify. It’s a multi level class, so feel free to modify as you like and use any props you need!

This was wild, first time doing it and I loved it!!!! Thank you for starting and finishing with a prayer, it gave a complete different meaning to the practice 💜🌕
