Since middle school I’ve been a competitive athlete, but I constantly struggle with my weight. As a former D1 track and field athlete, I still hold numerous records for the weight and hammer throw at Cornell University. It was during college that I became fully committed to a workout regimen and cleaner nutrition, which helped me lose 25 pounds and amass a large following after going viral with my before and after pictures. Since then, I’ve shared my passion for health and wellness by assisting others in reaching their fitness goals and providing advice that’s helped me stay motivated and optimistic.

My app is designed to provide the virtual experience of having me as your personal trainer. It feels like I’m right there with you during every step of your fitness journey keeping you motivated, holding you accountable, and helping you reach your goals in a safe and convenient manner. The workouts on my app will help you lose weight, increase strength, and improve mobility. There’s something for everyone!
Training Requirements
My workouts range from beginner to intermediate! If you have any underlying health conditions or injuries, please seek the advice of a medical physician before beginning any workout or program. These workouts can be done in almost any setting. For those working out at home, there are a few pieces of equipment you will need: a set of light and medium-heavy dumbbells, booty bands, assorted resistance bands, and a cushioned yoga mat.

I totally understand if using other workout apps hasn't worked for you in the past, and if pdf-programs with no assistance make getting results difficult. With my app, you will be getting access to an assortment of workouts and programs with visual and text explanations to make sure you're exercising correctly. You'll also get 24/7 access to me via email to answer any and all questions you may have!

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I will help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! I offer a lot of workouts that require no equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
How much does the app cost?
