Since middle school I’ve been a competitive athlete, but I constantly struggle with my weight. As a former D1 track and field athlete, I still hold numerous records for the weight and hammer throw at Cornell University. It was during college that I became fully committed to a workout regimen and cleaner nutrition, which helped me lose 25 pounds and amass a large following after going viral with my before and after pictures. Since then, I’ve shared my passion for health and wellness by assisting others in reaching their fitness goals and providing advice that’s helped me stay motivated and optimistic.

How do I know this app will get me results?
Using my app is like having me as your own private coach, but with the added convenience of working out with me whenever and wherever you can! Equipment or no equipment. At home or at the gym. I'm here to hold you accountable and help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively. I totally understand if using other workout apps hasn't worked for you in the past, and if pdf-programs with no assistance make getting results difficult. With my app, you will be getting access to an assortment of workouts and programs with visual and text explanations to make sure you're exercising correctly. You'll also get 24/7 access to me via email to answer any and all questions you may have! 
I'm a beginner, is your app for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I will help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! I offer a lot of workouts that require no equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
