Since middle school I’ve been a competitive athlete, but I constantly struggle with my weight. As a former D1 track and field athlete, I still hold numerous records for the weight and hammer throw at Cornell University. It was during college that I became fully committed to a workout regimen and cleaner nutrition, which helped me lose 25 pounds and amass a large following after going viral with my before and after pictures. Since then, I’ve shared my passion for health and wellness by assisting others in reaching their fitness goals and providing advice that’s helped me stay motivated and optimistic.
