What type of workouts are you sharing?
High-intensity interval training, bodyweight & core, along with long and short form cardio conditioning.
Do the workouts require any equipment?
Most workouts are going to have variations of dumbbells kettlebells, medicine balls, and TRX. *Most* exercises can be adapted for what you have available, message me if you need help! 💪🏼📲
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
Give you the sweat you’re craving, tone your muscles the way you dream of, and amplify your performance past your expectations. My workouts WILL make you feel better about yourself inside and out. 💪🏼💦⚡️
