It was great! I do wish you could lay out how to do all the exercises, I know there were some but I wasn’t sure how to do the cable pulls correctly. But you definitely made me sweat and that’s what I want! Thank you so much!

I love how the workout has the video, rest timer, and good form tips within the workout. Very accessible and easy to use, especially for those new to the gym game
