Growing up, you could not pay me to workout. Like most young women, I thought the only way to achieve my dream body was through running (which I despised). That being said, I was not successful with being active until I found something I loved: lifting weights.
I failed so many times in the past because I resorted to quick fixes or did what people with my dream body said to do. This is why I was not successful. The reason I was able to build an active lifestyle is because I slowly implemented new habits and found what worked for me.
I am 21 years old and I am a certified personal trainer. I have been consistently lifting for almost two years (about one of those years was with limited equipment due to COVID).
I will be teaching you how to lift heavy and have structured workouts. I will have home workouts and gym workouts. I WANT you to succeed and I will be a constant resource for you. I preach having a balanced lifestyle. I want you to be active (in the way that fits you) while enjoying life.
Fitness is supposed to enhance your life, not take away from it. My motto is: be a better you than you were yesterday. You are your only competition.
