If you’re new here, my name is Lana! I started my fitness journey in 2017 and found myself lost & confused with all the fitness and nutrition information (or should I say "misinformation") out there! I had no idea where to start. I decided to take the bull by the horns and learn all I could as I began my journey. I ended up falling in love with fitness and nutrition and decided to pursue my personal training and nutrition certifications. So here I am today! All these years later and finally releasing my own training and nutrition programming!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
