If you’re new here, my name is Lana! I started my fitness journey in 2017 and found myself lost & confused with all the fitness and nutrition information (or should I say "misinformation") out there! I had no idea where to start. I decided to take the bull by the horns and learn all I could as I began my journey. I ended up falling in love with fitness and nutrition and decided to pursue my personal training and nutrition certifications. So here I am today! All these years later and finally releasing my own training and nutrition programming!

Training Requirements
My workouts can be completed at any commercial gym. With resistance bands, dumbbells, and a barbell, most of these movements can even be modified for an at-home version if needed.
