Farm-Fed PB&J Shake! 

Absolutely love this shake for a post workout or to help that sweet tooth craving late night. 

In a blender:

1 cup ice
1 cup frozen strawberries 
1 cup milk of choice (I went almond milk)
Farm fed protein 1 scoop(add 2 if needed)
1 Tbs peanut butter 
3 Tbs pb2 

Blend until you get a creamy texture and enjoy⚒️
