With different tricks I have a different preferred side. This has depended on my injuries predominantly as I’m multidextrous, so had some interesting control levels over all 4 limbs in certain ways before starting, but with the fluidity in my legs and the joint problems I still really struggle with back and front hooks correctly, and just can’t seem to work out what I’m doing wrong, it’s not the knee part I’m struggling with anymore it’s the keeping my toes pointed and at each other and high enough not slacking off lol

Thank you soooo much! I feel terrible about pestering you about this. 🤦♀️ I appreciate your help so much! I will post a video update once I have worked on my climbs some more. You are incredible! 💜
