With a slight bend in the knees, tip of the tongue resting on the roof of your mouth behind the 2 front teeth; imagine gathering the energy from the earth and bringing it up with the bottom hand, while the top hand gathers from the heavens. These energies meet in the middle for balance and harmony. 

Repeat as long as you need or at least 6 times.

Qi Gong- Swimming Dragon

Lay on your back in star fish position. 
Take opposite hand and opposite knee and have them slowly come together in the center. Repeat on the other side. 

The slower you go the more effective this will be.

Crossovers

Lay on your back, palms facing down. 
As slow as you can, separate your legs and arms from your body like you're making a snow angel. Bring everything back to center. 

The slower you go the more effective this will be.

Snow angels

Use your hands to intentionally put pressure from your neck to your head. Touch as much of the surface area as you can.

Sensory Input- Head

Use your hands to intentionally put pressure from your hands to your shoulders. Touch as much of the surface area as you can.

Sensory Input- Arms

Use your hands to intentionally put pressure from your belly & back to your shoulders. Touch as much of the surface area as you can.

Sensory Input- Trunk

Use your hands to intentionally put pressure from your feet to your thighs. Touch as much of the surface area as you can.

Sensory Input- Legs

On the inside of your leg, find your ankle bone. Place your 4th finger on the top of the ankle bone. Measuring with your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th finger, this point is located above your 2nd finger on the side of your shin bone. 

Look for the most tender spot in that area for the best point. 

Stimulate for a minimum of 2 minutes. Repeat if desired.
