With a slight bend in the knees, tip of the tongue resting on the roof of your mouth behind the 2 front teeth; place your hands in front of your forehead. Turn to the side and push the old energy out. 
Gather new energy in as you turn to the center. 
Repeat on other side. 

Repeat 12 times.

Qi Gong- Charging Bull

Lay on your back and bring your knees towards your chest. 
Cross your arms and place your hands on your opposite shoulders. 
Crawl by bringing your hip and shoulder together on the same side then do the same on the opposite side. You will slowly inch your way forward. 
I have my head slightly off the ground.

The slower you go the more effective this will be.

Back Crawl

Lay on your back. Tighten your core and extend opposite arm and leg out. Make sure your low back stays on the ground. If it lifts up, do not stretch out so far. 
Use you core to bring your arm and leg back to starting position.

Dead Bugs

Lay on your belly. 
Inhale lifting your arms and chest off the ground, staring straight ahead. 
Exhale release. 
Inhale and go back up. Repeat for at least one minute.

Half Superman

Lay on your back in a star fish position. 
As you exhale, roll to one side crossing your arms to opposite shoulders and tucking your knees. 
Inhale roll to your back. 
Repeat and roll to the other side.

Star Fish

Located right between your eyebrows.

Stimulate for a minimum of 2 minutes. Repeat if desired.
