- Engage your quads as you raise your legs 
- Lower with a controlled movement

Leg extension toes turned in

- Lunge forward alternating legs
- Don't allow your knee to surpass your toes

Body weight walking lunges

- Bring your heels towards your glutes
- Lower with a slow controlled motion
- Focus on engaging your hamstrings

Lying hamstring leg curls

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Keep your back on the pad as you lower down
- Reach parallel and push through your heels extending your legs to stand up

Hack squat

- Keeping your back flat against the pad
- Lower your legs towards your chest
- Drive through your heels to press the sled back to starting position

Leg press - mid stance

Leg Superset

- Slowly lower the bar with a slight bend in your knees, hinging at the hips and keeping your back straight
- Lower weight until you feel a slight stretch in your hamstrings
- Drive your hips forward and use your hamstrings to power back to standing

Barbell stiff leg deadlift

- Hold the weights in your hands
- Push through the balls of your feet engaging your calves

Holly 🤬 that was intense to be fair I did do power lifts before this set I did two sets of 10 of 135lbs all the way to 495lbs to warm up lol half way threw I felt like that was a mistake lol I’m sure I will regret that in the coming days but that burn will hurt so good 🤙🏼 once again great hit bro.
