It was good, don’t half a$$ the weight the whole point is to push the limit. Won’t lie I was struggling with the Bulgarian split squats so I opted to do 4 sets of ten an than added 4 reps of 25 iron mike lunges so Substitute. Definitely make sure your not in calorie deficit because I was dizzy after each set. But overall good gains. 🤙🏼

- Sit on the machine with the pad at the bottom of your shin 
- Extend one leg engaging your quad
- Pause at the top and lower slowly 
- Work both sides

- Sit on the machine with the pad at the bottom of your shin 
- Extend your legs engaging your quads 
- Pause at the top and lower slowly

- Keep your core tight and avoid using your lower back or swinging

Single leg standing hamstring curl

Machine Squat

- Begin with a dumbbell in each hand
- Place one foot on the bench and move forward a few inches so the front knee is bent to 90 degrees
- Push hips back and lower down until your back knee almost touches the floor
- Push through your heel and stand up

Dumbbell bulgarian split squats

- Lying down with your legs extended vertically on the platform 
- Lower your legs towards your chest
- Drive through your heels to press the sled up to starting position

Holly 🤬 that was intense to be fair I did do power lifts before this set I did two sets of 10 of 135lbs all the way to 495lbs to warm up lol half way threw I felt like that was a mistake lol I’m sure I will regret that in the coming days but that burn will hurt so good 🤙🏼 once again great hit bro.
