Went into this sore from kettlebells on Tue and primal HIIT on Thu, but it went kinda well! And the cooldown always leaves me feeling grounded :) thanks!!!

Oof, not my day. Muscles felt a bit weak (in spite of several low-intensity days), so I took the pace down a notch :) still a good workout though! The fancy pushups were still too fancy for me, but at least my rolling getups are getting much smoother!
