It keeps amazing me how these workouts get me from feeling okay at the start, to dying during the HIIT and then zen afterwards. Love it!

Glad I revisited this! Mirrorverse Kellen still weirds me out, but the workout was great. Properly out of breath and dripping with sweat. Might do these more often and scale back the weights a bit.
