Very helpful. Imagined dolphin would have been one of the 3 recs for upper body strength. Loved that it wasn’t. Loved the term loosey goosey used in there. LOVE you! Thank you.

Can’t wait to start! I used to have a perfect straight line pincha, but I have lost it when I got carried away from school and losing a person dear to my heart. I can’t seem to be getting it back. I am sure this will help!
