FRIGGG YES Regina! This hit so good. My pincha game is ON today. Feeling so stable upside down. Loved the skandasana transitions. That shape usually takes a few rounds with assistance before I can hang without feeling like my knee is going to blow out. In LOVE eith my process & progress.❤️ Thanks for being a part of it.🙏🏻
