My motto around here is to be authentically you in everything you do and show up better than yesterday. Goals
My app is designed around the fact that fitness is not one-size-fits-all. My workouts are challenging, strength-based workouts designed to target major muscle groups, increase strength, and get toned. Whether you workout at home or at the gym, these workouts are tailored to fit your daily routine.
Training Requirements
You can do my workouts from home or the gym, however, to get the most out of the programs and workouts I recommend dumbbells, a yoga mat, and access to a treadmill, stair master, and/or indoor bike.
