Day two. I did pretty good if i do say so my self. I broke my right collar bone last summer. So my upper arms are still weak. But im proud how i did. Small steps into a great journey. Thanks to you.

I loved this workout. It was challenging for my rotator cuff (which I’ve not exercised since after surgery PT 3 yrs ago) yet comfortable enough to be done.
