While growing up I’ve been active in everything from tumbling to various types of dance. Throughout everything, martial arts has taken the most of my attention and focus to build upon those skills. With multiple black belt in taekwondo, I’ve trained in other styles such as jiu-jistu, karate, judo, wrestling and mma along the way. Actively training and teaching these disciplines has help build my love for fitness. With calisthenics and body building going hand and hand, I now spend my time now giving back as a trainer. I help individuals like yourself reach fitness goals with a number of training styles options to keep you’re training fun and exciting.
