I started training 10 years ago as a shy, skinny kid who lacked self-confidence. Committing myself to the gym and developing my physique gave me the confidence to be somebody.
My love for the gym developed into a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, knowing that it could help them the same way it helped me. This isn’t just about transforming physically, but mentally as well.
