What equipment is needed? There are all different workouts in this section, choose which piece of equipment you have and do that workout!
There will be 1 piece of equipment for the assigned workout. The majority of the workouts will be done with:
Treadmill
Row machine
Stair stepper
Stationary bike
How long are the workouts? They will range from 10-30 minutes
Is it all high intensity workouts? No, there is a variety of hiit, steady state and everything in between!
When is it best to do cardio? I recommend doing your added cardio at the end of a workout.
What if I can’t finish the workout? That’s ok! Give it your all for the time that you do have!
