Great upper body. Because of my left shoulder issues I have to go lighter than my right side can handle to balance everything out. My scapula separated from the muscle (it’s been a few years) so I’ve been working hard to get it stronger. PT last year helped a lot. These workouts and stretching/mobility added in is huge.

Always good tips. Thanks. I generally get 7-8 hrs in a night. Not drinking at much alcohol during this 40 day challenge has 100% helped with sleep. It’s crazy how much worse I sleep when I drink.
