What are the goals of the program?
My goal is to have your muscles pumped and activated using just the dumbbell. There are so many exercises we can do to target our entire body.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Start this program on a Monday. You will notice week 1 & 2 are repeated on weeks 3 & 4. This is because we are testing our strength and seeing if we can improve and increases our weight as the weeks go on.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Stay consistent and make each rep count
