You need loop bands and dumbbells. Use the heavier dumbbells for your squats & hip thrusts

It was a great workout! My back wasnโt having the frog hip thrusts and unfortunately I donโt remember if the exercise before it involved the same motion, so definitely work in some stretches in the opposite direction to help alleviate the strain during the rest phase.
