What do I need to participate in this challenge?
You need just dumbbells and a miniband to complete this challenge. If you have a yoga/exercise mat, that's a plus!
How to eat during the challenge?
To know more about your calories and macros, check the macro calculator from the "Insights" of the app. It is based on your age, gender, height, weight, activity and goal. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them at hand. You can find many healthy meals from my recipe guide in the “Insights” section. You can eat anything in moderation but I recommend limiting sugar, alcohol and junk food for best results during these 40 days. Drink one big cup of water first thing in the morning. Also drink enough water throughout the day.
What is the goal of the challenge?
Getting more fit, healthy, energized and happy! I want us to enjoy, have fun and get those after workout endorphins! You will see that your performance will develop during these 40 days so much!
