      Hey everyone!!! My name is Hope Sgro. My journey into bodybuilding began as a teenager in high school, struggling with low self-esteem and a lack of direction. Determined to transform my life, I started lifting weights and quickly discovered a passion for fitness. Over the years, I fell in love with the gym and realized how much it has improved my mental and physical health. The discipline, strength, and confidence I gained through bodybuilding have been life-changing. Now, I want to share that experience with others. I understand the challenges of starting a fitness journey, and I want to be the support and guidance that my younger self needed.
